Your first visit is about understanding your goals and building a plan around them, not rushing into treatment. We will listen, examine carefully, and take the time to answer your questions.

To make your visit smooth, you can complete your new-patient forms ahead of time through our secure form. It takes just a few minutes and means less paperwork when you arrive.

    Use our online form or give us a call. We will find a time that fits your schedule and confirm the details.

    We will send you a secure link to fill out your health history and insurance information before you arrive.

    Meet the studio

    At your visit, we get to know you, complete a gentle exam and any cleaning, and review what we find together.

    Build a plan around you

    If any treatment is recommended, we explain your options and costs clearly so you can decide with confidence.

Insurance

We are in-network with many major PPO plans and file claims on your behalf so you get the most from your benefits. Even out of network, most plans still provide meaningful coverage at our studio.

Office policies

Appointments and cancellations

We reserve your time just for you. If you need to reschedule, we ask for 48 hours notice so we can offer the time to another patient who needs it.

Arriving for your visit

Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment if you have not completed your forms online. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID.

Your privacy

Your health information is handled with care and in line with HIPAA. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is available on this site and at the front desk.
